To Bill's family we are sorry for your loss. Bill was a great guy, we had many laughs and good times in and out of work. Loved to see him at the auto shows. Bill and my wife (LeLar) became very close as they worked together at Johnson's. She often called him her protector. He will be missed. RIP good buddy.

Bill was a friend of my Dad, Wayne Coey. I remenber going to parties with my Dad at Bill and Sue's house at the bottom of Chicago St Hill. Bill had a 1968 Chevelle SS that he sold to my Dad. He sold it back to Bill, he ended up crashing it. What a car!
I started working at Johnson Wax in December 1989, that's when I met Bill again. My cousin Terry worked with Bill on Bldg 60 dock until Bill's retirement. Bill always had a great sense of humor and was a great story teller. Peace be with you! Sc

This memory is from 60 years ago. Bill and I would go smelt fishing by Wind Point. It was good time, good talk, good fishing, and good Boone’s Farm. The only bad part was going home at 2 a.m. and cleaning a 5 gal. Bucket full of smelt.
Going to the Jefferson car show/swap meet, enjoying Big Bar ice cream bars and grabbing hamburgers at a small stand in town .
My favorite memory of my cousin Bill was my very first motorcycle ride on his chopper when I was 12 years old. I have loved riding my whole life thanks Bill. Rest in Peace Love Vickie
