I wish I had the VHS tape on hand but I can still picture our camping trips when we were so young. I remember finding an enormous ant hill while searching for firewood with the boys and uncle Peter's voice teaching us all about the ants and how they live 🫶🐜 love you guys. Those trips were some of the best memories. Rip uncle Peter
Whenever I saw Peter he was always quick with a warm welcome, handshake or occasional embrace. I always remember one year on Thanksgiving, at that time it was easy to get caught up rushing through life with kids at home, working and raising a family. The house (landline) phone rang, I answered and was surprised to hear Peter’s voice. He called to say hi, ask how our family was doing and to wish us all Happy Thanksgiving. I was moved that he cared enough to take time to call. Peter is my brother in-law and I realized we hadn’t seen each other for quite some time. I admired Peter’s strong sense and value of family. It was a treat to see the special bond he and Mason shared. I hope they are reunited now.
May God, also, welcome you warmly!
