Henry was the most kind, caring and nonjudgmental person I have ever known. As a young person growing up in the church, I was fortunate to see Henry and LaVerne as truly good people with unwavering faith. God bless you all.

Henry was a Treasure. A life of service to his Lord. Definitely a man of witness and faith. Could fix anything; plus a positive-can do spirit. I mentioned to him many times: In the Church of God we do not have a Pope, but we do have Henry Dykhuis. Fondly called him The Bishop of Racine. Well done good and faithful servant
