There are so many fond memories with Uncle D. Like how he could light up a room with his smile. Dancing to music not caring what any one thought. Give solid logical advice while sitting at his kitchen table drinking coffee. Fishing with him and seeing that glimmer in his eyes when he would get a fighter on the hook. I wasn't a hunter so i never got to see him while tracking but i always imagined it was amazing. He always put my Aunt and all of us kids before himself. He showed love to those who never really knew it. All he ever wanted was to see his loved ones happy and succeeding in life doing the best they absolutely could. I love you Uncle D you were instrumental in guiding me to becoming a decent and functional member of society who shows compassion when times are hard and helps those who cannot help themselves. I will keep your memory and teachings alive.
