I only knew Brian a short while but I am so sad to learn of his passing. He was such a caring and sweet person and I loved to talk with him about food, his adventurous life growing up in Racine and life in general. He was such a pleasure to work with and to know - my heart goes out to his family and friends. I am sure he is at peace somewhere and eating good food!
I worked with Brian at Lake Delton McDonalds (swing manager). The last time I saw him was at Ariel's wedding doing what he loved to do: cooking.
