Rip buddy! It was fun transporting you around and getting blown kisses ❤️
Whenever we went to a party at the Kauffman's we had a great time. The happiest person at the party was always Tommie. His happiness always made the rest of us so happy. Thank You Tommie. Uncle Kenny and Aunt Madelyn
Tommy lived at Jasmine House, a part of Bethesda, in Sturtevant. I was never placed there directly and permanently, yet I often picked up shifts and enjoyed Tommy's company. He was one of the 2 "T.K.'s" that lived there. So easy to care for, and filled with such positivity and enthusiasm. Great memories!!! Now, his crippled body and mind have been made whole. He is totally dancing in Heaven. R.I.P.
I'm so sad to hear this news of Tommy's passing. I spent a great deal of time with Tommy when I worked for a company in Sturtevant Wisconsin where Tommy lived at one time.
I would walk into his room and turn on his music .... Saying to him " time to wake up sleepy head, no time to waste because we have to put on our dancing shoes." Tommy would always get a kick out of that and start smiling big and wiggling his arms as if he were dancing.
Tommy really loved all the special home cooked meals his mother would make and bring to him and the long visits by his parents.
My favorite memory with Tommy is when I think his sister was going to get married or had just got married and there was a CD of his that I would always play for him, especially on the weekend mornings or before bed. I would have him in his sit to stand and I asked him if he wanted to dance... which always got that precious smile on his sweet face...and we would dance. Little did he know how much he always warmed my heart and made me smile. I'll miss you Tommy. Thank you for touching my life.
My deepest condolences to all family and friends.
