Therisia (Rose) Zimmerman
Goodyear, AZ - Mrs. Zimmerman, 98, formerly Racine, passed away in Arizona on Tuesday, November 4, 2008.
She was born in Canada on Nov. 18, 1909 to the late Conrad and Katherine E. (nee: Rothenberger) Propp. She lived in Racine for many years. In Young Saskatchewan, Canada, on Feb. 6, 1934, she was united in marriage to Joseph Zimmerman. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Clayton O (Nancy C) Zimmerman, two grandsons, Clayton Robert (Peggy) Zimmerman, Brian Mark (Amy) Zimmerman, five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Zimmerman, January 2005, and by nine brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held at Grace Lutheran Church 3700 Washington Ave., on Friday, Nov. 14, 2008 at 11 am. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may meet with the family at the church on Friday morning from 10 am. until the time of service.
Memorials in memory of Mrs. Zimmerman to the Odyssey Health Care 202 East Earll Dr. Suite 160, Phoenix, AZ 85012 have been suggested.
