While with us, Terry was employed at Ganton Technologies until July 1993. She was then hired at Johnson’s Wax in which she worked until retiring in October 2012. Terry began volunteering at Racine Harley-Davidson in 2005 and was later hired in 2008 where she enjoyed working until retiring in 2014. Terry enjoyed volunteering for her many charities which included: Milwaukee Zoological Society, Veterans Outreach, and HALO to name a few.
Terry always had the ability to make people laugh. She also had an innate way to make friends for a lifetime. Even during her illness, she didn’t want people to worry about her. Terry was an avid traveler. She also loved to cook and can, sharing with her friends and family. She was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and rider, a lifelong Green Bay Packer fan and season ticket holder. Terry enjoyed spending time swimming in her pool, cooking and canning, and shopping for collectibles.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. followed by a memorial service for Terry on Saturday, September 12 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home. A memorial final ride will depart Wilson’s at 3:30 p.m. to Racine Harley ending at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
