Mrs. Gravunder (Sandy) was a spirited person. I first met her when at college in Madison, going to school with her two sons, Greg and John. We became close to the Gravunder family over the coming years, and decades, and are extremely close to this day despite living 2,000 miles apart. Sandy was a punchy lady, always ready for a bit wit. I will remember her on the deck of the Gravunder's cabin in Wild Rose, while we are playing cards on a summer's afternoon, with constant exchange of good humored, witty jabs! I will also remember the many 'healthy' diets she tried in those days. She was certainly a lady who kept you on your toes, and you knew she was there if you ever needed a friend. My condolences to Roger and the Gravunder family who my family and I have been so very fortunate to have shared all the joys, trials, triumphs, sadness and love that life brings...for over 30 years. With love, Rick Ader
