Russell Chase,'s Obituary
Mr. Chase, 74, passed away at Aurora Memorial Hospital in Burlington on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007. He was born in Kenosha on Aug. 19, 1933 to the late Ivan L. and Clara (nee: Wintrone) Chase. He lived in Racine for many years. He was united in marriage to the former Mary McClure in North Carolina on June 1, 1954. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was employed at Towne Ford as an auto body repairman for 10 years retiring in 1998. He loved to fish and hunt.
He is survived by his wife Mary Chase of Racine; children, Russell, Jr., Hope, Donald, Brenda, Kerry (Carmen) and Carol Chase; five grandchildren, Rosie, Ricky, Ashley, Robert and Jonathan; one brother, Don (Carol) Chase; brother-in-law Charlie McClure; nieces, nephews and other relatives survive. A brother, Robert Chase, preceded him in death.
Services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home 1212 Lathrop Ave., on Monday, Sept. 10, 2007 at 12:30 p.m. with the Rev. Holly Anderle officiating. Burial will follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery
