Ronald M. Horvath's Obituary
Racine-Ronald Michael Horvath, 85, passed away peacefully to be with his heavenly father, Jesus Christ, surrounded by his daughters and wife on August 6, 2016.
Ronald was born to Michael Wendel Horvath and Margret Wilemina (nee: Miller) Horvath in Racine, WI on December 23, 1930.
Ronald was a very accomplished artist. He enjoyed painting every day. In 1973, he married Jean M. Christianson. Together they celebrated 43 wonderful years of marriage. Ronald was also a devoted member of the Racine Bible Church.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Jean Horvath; daughters, Joan Horvath (Bill) Newton, Annette Horvath-Terhorst, Laurie Swanson (Clyde), Rhonda Catrine (Gary), and Shelley Christianson; Grandchildren, Paul Newton, Christian Newton, Jason Lessnau, Rebecca Bartman (Curtis), Samuel Schlump, Ava Schlump and 7 great-grandchildren.
Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Margret Horvath; son, Michael Horvath; grandchildren, Melissa Swanson and Nathan Swanson.
A Celebration of Ronald’s Life will be held at Racine Bible Church, 12505 Spring Street in Sturtevant on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Wayne Beilgard officiating. Committal and interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
