Rodney LeAnna's Obituary
Racine – Rodney J. LeAnna, 79, died peacefully at Boland Hall Wisconsin Veterans Home, Union Grove on March 14, 2014.
Rodney was born in Racine on January 25, 1935, to Joseph and Esther (nee: Schultz) LeAnna. He was united in marriage to Marlene Ann (nee: Erdmann) on September 10, 1960.
For more than 30 years, Rodney was employed by A&E Manufacturing and retired in 1998. He was a member of Christ Church United Methodist in Racine. He was an avid member of the Tuesday and Thursday night Dart Ball league and enjoyed long drives in the Wisconsin countryside.
Rodney will be dearly missed by his three children, Michael L., Dawn Marie and Timothy James; niece, Kathy Puma; and grand-dog Jake. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Marlene Ann LeAnna, his parents, his parents-in-law and his brother, Joe.
Visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home, on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM with Colleen Vice officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park chapel. Condolences may be made at www.wilsonfuneralhomeracine.com.
