Union Grove - Richard "Rich" Oneil Kinard, age 67, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024, at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Rich was born to the late Tiny and Martha (nee Junkins) Kinard on December 18, 1956, in Montgomery, Alabama. He was united in marriage to Tina Lampos on September 5, 1976, in Union Grove. Rich worked in the automotive industry in the Milwaukee area.
A cherished member of Racine Bible Church, Rich served diligently on the security team. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he drew great joy from his church community. Rich was an avid outdoorsman who found solace and excitement in the great outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and was a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers. In his younger days, Rich enjoyed bowling, a pastime that brought him many fond memories and friendships.
A true car enthusiast, Rich’s love for automobiles extended beyond his professional life, as he was also a skilled handyman who enjoyed tinkering and fixing things around the house. His practical skills and willingness to help others were traits that endeared him to all who knew him.
Rich had a special place in his heart for dogs, particularly German Shepherds. His beloved German Shepherd, Booker, was a loyal companion who brought him immense joy and comfort. Rich's legacy of kindness, helpfulness, and unwavering support for others will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His generous spirit and warm smile will be greatly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
