Richard Allen Gerber's Obituary
Racine-Richard Allen Gerber, 58, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022, at his residence.
Richard was born to the late Richard and Mary (nee Prott) Gerber on May 25, 1964, in Racine. He worked as a tankerman on a tugboat for the Merchant Mariners. Richard also worked for Marlow Inc. as a pipefitter, D.W. Davies, and Thermal Transfers. Richard was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He enjoyed fishing and hanging out with his daughters. He loved animals and would adopt pets from the Humane Society. Above all, Richard loved his family, especially his daughters, and he cherished every moment with them.
Richard will be deeply missed by his daughters: Alyssa Wodicka, Tanya Pichelman, Tina South, Audree Christophel, Brittany Gerber, and Abbigaill Gerber; grandchildren: Phoebe, Charles, Zaden, Ja’mouron, Arianna, Temprence, Sealey, Allie-Anna, Skilar, and Aria; siblings: Kathy, Tommy, Harold, Floyd, Eddie, Robert, and Betty; significant other, Tracy Pichelman; along with several other relatives and friends.
Richard is predeceased by his brothers, David and James.
Per Richard’s request, no services will be held. Memorials in Richard’s name may be directed to the Humane Society (8900 16th St, Mt Pleasant, WI 53177).
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the cancer unit at Ascension All Saints in Racine for their care of Richard.
