Paulita Talamantez's Obituary
Paulita Talamantez, age 71, was born on February 9, 1954, in San Antonio, Texas, to the late Maria (née Castro) and Santiago Talamantez. She lived a life rooted in love, hard work, and devotion to family.
Paulita dedicated more than ten years of service to Cree, where she worked diligently until her retirement at the age of 63. She took pride in her work, but her greatest joy and purpose in life came from her family. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Paulita will be dearly missed by her loving children: Emiliano (Tabitha) Garcia, Leticia (Erick) Sanchez, and Odilia Garcia; her siblings: Florencio Talamantez, Pablo Talamantez, Manuel Talamantez, and Santiago Talamantez Jr.; as well as her many beloved grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Paulita was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings: Ralph Talamantez, Jesse Talamantez, and Mary Talamantez.
Paulita Talamantez will be remembered for her loving heart, her strong commitment to family, and the warmth she shared with all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the lives she touched and the love she gave so freely.
Visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with a service to follow.
