Patrick Edward Vincent's Obituary
Sturtevant – Patrick Edward Vincent, 80, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2020, surrounded by the love of his family.
Patrick was born on November 29, 1940, to the late Alfred and Irene (Stuart) Vincent in Dubuque, Iowa. He was united in marriage to Karen Lee (Doherty) Vincent on June 28, 1980, in Mukwonago, WI.
Patrick was a proud member of the US Marine Corps, serving at home and overseas in Okinawa and Japan. He was honorably discharged as a Corporal (E-4) after six years of service.
Patrick was a skilled plant foreman for over 40 years in southeast of Wisconsin. He had a passion for playing golf, enjoyed swimming, watching sports and action movies. Every Friday, Patrick enjoyed breakfast with his friends at Annetta's Café in Sturtevant. Patrick loved woodworking, including furniture making as well as other carpentry skills. Patrick enjoyed decorating his home with holiday cheer; Halloween being his and Karen’s favorite. He had a huge heart, a sense of humor, and was dearly loved by his family.
Left to cherish Patrick’s memory are his children: Diane Rose and Michael (Amy) Schroeder; grandchildren: Hannah Rose, Kaiana, and Amaya; sisters: Carol Keller and Karen O’Rourke; in-laws, Trish and Willie Poole, and Joanne Brady; nieces and nephews: Matthew LaDousa, Karl Sturm, Brian Sturm, Megan Brady, and Ben Brady; grand-nieces and nephews: Abagail, Elijah, Alex, and Tyler; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Patrick is preceded in death by his beloved wife Karen; his sisters: Jeanne (Carl) Klaeska and Rose (Butch) Valentine; and his brother Raymond Vincent.
Per Patrick’s wishes, no services will be held. Patrick’s final resting place will be at West Lawn Memorial Park. Online condolences may be shared at www.wilsonfuneralhomeinc.com.
