Patricia Mae Nondorf's Obituary
Patricia Mae Nondorf (née Behlke), 83, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026 in Racine.
Pat was born on May 18, 1942, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to the late Arnold Behlke and Werna Gust. She was later blessed with a loving stepfather, the late Casper Johnson. On September 3, 1966, Pat was united in marriage to the love of her life and best friend, Dennis Nondorf. Their marriage was one of deep love, companionship, and devotion.
Pat dedicated many years of her working life to Johnson’s Wax and Ruud Lighting before retiring in October of 2006. She took great pride in her work and the friendships she made along the way.
Pat had a creative spirit and especially loved sewing and knitting. She enjoyed making clothing that was proudly displayed at the Racine County Fair. She also had a love for gardening and found great joy in spending time outdoors. Pat and Dennis cherished their time together camping in Door County and fishing, creating many treasured memories. Above all, Pat loved spending time with her family and was a very loving and devoted wife and mother.
She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband, Dennis; her sons, Kurt (Carmen) Nondorf and Keith (Heather) Nondorf; and her grandson, Nick Nondorf. She is further survived by her brothers, Arvid (Sandra) Behlke, Darwin (Joyce) Behlke, and Daryl Johnson; her in-laws, George Nondorf, Mary (Harland) Schoen, John “Cubby” (Donna) Nondorf, Theresa Urban, and Tony (Patty) Nondorf; as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold Behlke and Werna Gust; her stepfather, Casper Johnson; her sister, Mary Behlke; and her mother- and father-in-law, John Sr. and Marcella Nondorf.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Faith Lutheran Church in Sturtevant, with a service to follow. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Ascension, especially nurse Jamie, for their kind and compassionate care during this time.
