I am so sad and that your father has passed he was like a father to me and that's what I want to remember as. I'm sorry but I can't make the service tonite.

I met Bud several years ago playing cards, a very avid player. He always had a smile, and kind words. I had a New Years Eve get together this last year and. Bud attended, glad he did. An enjoyable time before he went to meet his Master. He will dearly be missed.

As an Elder of the Church of Christ I found in Bud, who was a member and a Priest in the Church of Christ many decades before my arrival, a ready and able companion to serve the Lord in Wisconsin. I have many precious memories of the fellowship and labors we shared. Bud was always willing and able to share the love of Jesus. He lived until he died, always thankful to God for His blessings.
And now my Brother Bud has received the greatest blessing of eternal life. And I am glad. Well done my Brother, rest well until we meet again.

I first knew Bud when I started at SCJ when I was 22 years old and worked with him for 15 years. A fine fellow with a great sense of humor. Always upbeat and friendly. Hard to believe I'm 74 now, but I never forgot Bud and thought about him often. II offer my deepest sympathies to his family and expect to see him again.
