Mary H. Tredrea
Racine - Mary H. Tredrea, 83, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at Ridgewood Health Care Center.
Mary was born in Racine on May 1, 1925 to the late Edward and Elizabeth (nee: Hampton) Tredrea. She lived all of her life in Racine.
Ms. Tredrea was a secretary for the State of Wisconsin at the Department of Corrections for many years retiring in 1990. She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and was a graduate of Washington Park High School, Class of 1943.
Mary is survived by her nieces and nephews, Jane (Michael) Seiter, John Schulz, Larry (Donna) Tredrea, John (Audrey) Tredrea, Patricia (Dave) Prine, Ellen (Gary) Regan, Donna Byrne, Thomas (Paula) Tredrea, and Nancy Tredrea; other relatives; and many friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Rev. John Henry (Martha) Tredrea and James (Leah) Tredrea; one sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth (Edward) Schulz; and a nephew, David Tredrea.
Private graveside services were held at Graceland Cemetery. Memorials in memory of Mary, may be directed to St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
