Magdaleno Nuno Garcia's Obituary
Racine-Magdaleno Nuno Garcia, 69, passed away at Ascension All Saints Hospital on December 1, 2020.
Magdaleno was born to the late Juan Nuno-Ramirez and Maria Garcia-Guzman on July 22, 1951, in Santa Fe, Jalisco, Mexico. Magdaleno was a hardworking man, working since he was the age of 13. He was very giving, caring, and family oriented. Magdaleno was a wonderful father and grandfather. Whenever he saw his grandchildren, he always gave them each a dollar. He enjoyed Spanish music and loved being outdoors. Magdaleno was known as a jokester and had a good sense of humor. He knew how to fix anything and everything. Magdaleno considered everyone, whether he knew you or not, as his amigo or amiga. Magdaleno loved his family with all his heart. He will be deeply missed and always remembered.
Left to cherish Magdaleno’s memory is his children: Estevan, Bertha, and Sirena; grandchildren: Yadyra, Carolina, Luis, Paulina, Jayden, Josiah, and Javanni; great-grandchildren: America, Renata, Jeremy, Ramces, Donay, Brayan, and a little one on the way; siblings: Gabino, Teresa, Jose, Bernardina, Juan, and Ramon; former significant other, Robin; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Magdaleno is preceded in death by his siblings: Carmelo and Irineo.
A Celebration of Magdaleno’s life will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at 1 PM. Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation at the funeral home on Thursday from 12 PM until the time of service. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, only 50 people will be allowed to enter the funeral home at a time. Guests may be required to wait outside until others leave the funeral home. Anyone planning on attending Magdaleno's services will be required to wear a face covering/mask upon entering the funeral home along with following social distancing guidelines. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Racine.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and doctors at Ascension All Saints for their care of Magdaleno along with Magdaleno’s family and friends for their support of Magdaleno.
