Lorraine Lange's Obituary
Racine- Mrs. Lorraine D. Lange (nee: Ziesemer) 90, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday June 11, 2009 at Wheaton Franciscan Hospital- All Saints.
Lorraine Lange was born in Racine to the late Carl and Lydia (nee: Potterville) Ziesemer on March 20, 1919 and had lived her entire life in Racine. On May 2, 1942 she was united in marriage to William "Bill" Lange.
Mrs. Lange was employed as a clerk at Haddon's for many years. She was a dedicated member of Racine Bible Church for 43 years. She attended numerous Bible studies and loved serving as a Phoebe at Racine Bible Church.
Lorraine is survived by her three daughters, Judy Wood of Racine, Donna (Jim) Paddock of Texas, and Faythe (Guy) Ladd of Racine; 16 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; three sisters Lois Chadek, Joyce Rohner, and Janet Green; two special friends, Elaine Andersen and Lois Dykstra, and many other relatives and friends. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband William and her sister, Virginia Creuziger.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lange will be at the Racine Bible Church 12505 Spring Street on Monday June 15, 2009 at 11:00 am. with Rev. Spencer DeBurgh officiating. Internment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family from 9:00 am. until the time of service. Memorials may be directed to the Racine Bible Church missions fund.
