Linda Jean Storm's Obituary
Linda Jean Storm (née Wingreen), age 70, passed away on January 2, 2026, in West Allis, Wisconsin. Linda was born on October 24, 1955, in Racine, Wisconsin, to the late Richard and Yvonne Wingreen.
Linda spent many years working as an accountant. She was a member of Faith Community Church, where her love of music and fellowship shone brightly. Music was one of Linda’s greatest joys—she played the flute, participated in musical theater, and sang in a choir, sharing her talents generously with others.
Linda cherished time spent with her family. She especially loved hiking and taking her children on memorable trips to Wisconsin Dells. At home, she found happiness in cooking and baking for those she loved and never passed up a piece of saltwater taffy. Her warmth, creativity, and joyful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
Linda will be dearly missed by her children, Stephanie (Erik) Flory and Aaron (Brittney) Whitney; her six beloved grandchildren, Luella, Hadleigh, Harlow, Hayden, Emma, and Hannah; and her siblings, Mark, Scott, and Laura Wingreen. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Craig Whitney; her husband, Ken Storm; and her brothers, Bill, Tom, and Todd Wingreen.
Linda’s love for her family, her faith, and her music will be remembered always.
Services for Linda will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026. A visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., with a memorial service starting at 12:00 P.M. Committal services will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
