Racine – Mrs. Kay I. Noppe, 76, passed away at her home with her loving family at her side on Thursday, May 17, 2012.
Kay was born in Illinois to the late Gordon and Mabel Raguse on December 3, 1935. In Racine at Holy Communion Lutheran Church, she was united in marriage to Louis J. Noppe Sr. on February 21, 1952.
Mrs. Noppe was devoted wife to Louis J. Noppe Sr.; mother to, Louis J. (Donna) Noppe Jr., Debra Wadewitz, Victoria Pokrant and Jeri Sanders; grandmother to, Shane (Mary) Wadewitz, Heather Davis, Adam Noppe, Katie Noppe, Richard Pokrant, Erin (Brett) Basley, Rachel (Kyle) Whitley and Kristen Sanders; great grandmother to, Tyler Davis, Aleyna Davis, Katie Wadewitz and Madelyn Basley; and to her brothers, Bill Raguse and Gordon Raguse. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Nicholas and a son-in-law, Richard Pokrant. She will be deeply missed.
Private services have been made in honor of Kay's wishes. Any Memorials may be made to Hospice Alliance, 10220 Prairie Ridge Boulevard, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin 53158 or to the Harvey Funk American Legion Post # 494, P.O. Box 35A, Caledonia, Wisconsin 53108.
