Joyce Julia Perry's Obituary
Racine – Joyce J. Perry, 86, peacefully went to be with her Lord God on June 23, 2020.
Joyce was born in Racine on Independence Day, July 4, 1933 to Larry and Gertrude (nee Menden) Zachar. She graduated from St. Catherine’s High School and earned a Bachelorette of Art from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside in 1977.
Joyce enjoyed her employment at several business including: Waxdale in data processing, Jovan in Chicago, and as an Executive Assistant for Dr. Beck in Boston. She worked many volunteer Jobs upon her retirement, such as: Urban League, Lincoln Lutheran, and Boy Scouts of America.
Joyce lived in Milwaukee, Chicago, Boston, Arizona, and London, England. She loved to travel and has been to Sydney, Australia, Ireland, France and Spain.
Joyce has five beautiful children: Larry, Sherrie, Kim, Tim and Lisa; 21 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Many family members are also with the Lord God and she will be missed by her whole family and many cherished friends she had met throughout her life. She dearly loved them all.
Inurnment will be held at Calvary Cemetery. Funeral services for Joyce will be postponed to a later date.
