Jodi Lynn Larsen's Obituary
Racine - Jodi Lynn Larsen, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2026, in Dane County.
Jodi was born on June 14, 1969, in Racine, to the late Eugene and Martha (nee Rosenbaum) Hilgers. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Jim Larsen, on May 29, 1993, in Racine. Together they built a life centered on love, laughter, and family.
Jodi dedicated 42 years of her career as a receiving clerk with Cree Lighting. Outside of work, Jodi’s heart belonged to her family. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, and caring sister who treasured every moment spent with those she loved.
She gave back to her community as a junior bowling coach, sharing her time and encouragement with young athletes. Jodi loved relaxing at the biergarten, browsing farmers markets and craft shows. She also enjoyed her frequent getaways to Wisconsin Dells. Jodi was a devoted fan of Disney, cheered faithfully for the Milwaukee Brewers, and had a special fondness for manatees, which always brought a smile to her face.
Jodi will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Jim Larsen; her children, Jami Larsen and Jimmy Larsen; her sisters, Debbie (Scott) Venne and Stacy (Nolan) Wallner; her mother-in-law, Jane Larsen; her father-in-law, Elroy (Chris) Larsen; brother-in-law Rich (Aimee Smith) Larsen; her sister-in-law, Geri (Kurt) Fletcher; as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
