I worked with Jeff at Harris Allied in Richmond about 13 years (until it closed that office). He was a great guy - fun to work with! One of the people who helped me learn to ski so that my first trip to Utah was a success! Skiied with him a couple more times and we kept in touch after his move to Colorado. Never got him to take time off work and ski with us there, but my husband and I enjoyed some meals with him on trips there over the years. Spent a nice Saturday afternoon with him about two years ago - graciously offered to help us escape from the airport during a 9 hour layover!
Always looked forward to seeing him every October when the Allied gang got together in Richmond. We're all really going to miss him there next time. I'm so thankful to have had this friend in my life.
Sending all of the Jeff's cousins my sympathy. Hope it helps a little to know we care and have fond memories of him, too.

Jeff and I were good friends in the late 60s into the 70s. We lived a couple blocks apart. We were active in CB radio group R.E.A.C.T. Remember one time I went into a McDonald's and my date was in the car. I came out with the food and my car was gone along with my date. Jeff had seen me there got in car and put it on other side of building and watched me panic. Think of that every time I go by that place and that was about 50 years ago! We corresponded for a while after I went into Air Force but lost touch. Always wondered where this life path took him. Sad to find out in an obituary. Sympathy to his family..RIP Jeff
I remember Jeff when he was a DJ at WRAC in Racine and as an enginner at WEZW in Milwaukee. He was somewhat of a mentor to me when I got into radio engineering. If a piece of equipment broke down, he had some very unique and unorthodox ways of getting to work again. Tricks that I also relied on.
Our condolences. Randy and Melody Koker.
