Jeanette L. Bieneman's Obituary
RACINE- Jeanette Louise (nee Uick) Bieneman, age 93, passed away on May 6, 2017 at Aurora Medical Center, Kenosha, WI.
On September 18, 1923, Jeanette was born to Reinhold and Eleanora Uick in Racine, WI. She was baptized at St. John’s Lutheran Church and attended their primary school. She later graduated from Horlick High School. Jeanette was united in marriage to Kenneth James Bieneman on September 30, 1950 at St. John’s Lutheran Church. In addition to being a homemaker, Jeanette also did some part-time clerical work.
Jeanette was a member of Grace Chapel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening, reading, working crossword puzzles, and embroidering. She was a skilled seamstress, making various items for her home and articles of clothing. Jeanette loved to travel and liked taking cruises. She especially enjoyed many trips with her daughters traveling through Europe. Jeanette was an avid card player. She was a member of a Schafkopf Club for over 60 years. Jeanette also played bridge with The Friends of Seniors at Lakeview and in a neighborhood club with a close circle of friends.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sandra Bieneman and Candace Bieneman (Frank Juska); her son: Keith Bieneman, and her grandchildren, Deandra Bieneman and Lukas Bieneman. Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth.
In accordance to Jeanette’s wishes, private services were held. Interment was in Graceland Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.wilsonfuneralhomeinc.com.
