Janice Ann Warner's Obituary
Oconomowoc-Janice A. Warner, 73, of Delafield, Wisconsin, and formerly of Racine, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022.
Janice was born on November 21, 1948, in Racine, to the late Charles and Elizabeth (nee Pavlic) Poplawski.
Janice graduated from high school in Racine, attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was a housewife, and later worked as an editor of a magazine. Janice’s hobbies and interests included family, reading, playing cards, and watching the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers. She devoted much of her time and energy attending her grandchildren’s sporting and extracurricular events, and as a companion and caregiver to her mother until she passed away at age 96.
Janice is survived by two sons and their spouses, Brian and Lisa Ganser, Scott and Michelle Ganser; and six grandchildren, Ashley (Zachariah) Sibley, Cristian, Coby, Maya, Ethan, and Alaina.
A private inurnment and committal service for Janice will take place at Old Holy Cross Cemetery in Racine on a later date.
