James Schrank's Obituary
Racine - James A. Schrank, 67, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.
Jim was born in Fond Du Lac, the son of the late Clarence and Viola (nee: Loehr) Schrank. He was a devoted, loving husband and best friend to Carol for 43 years.
Jim graduated from the University of Oshkosh in 1963. His career focused in retail enterprises, commercial real estate management, and administration representing J.I. Case Company, the State of Wisconsin, and Cousin's Corporation.
He had a love for Aviation and was an accomplished private pilot. Another of his hobbies was photography.
Jim was a caring, thoughtful person to all his relatives, friends, and neighbors.
In addition to his wife Carol he is survived by one sister, Grace (Neil) Richter; five brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Mary Ann (Bob) Grant, Douglas Renaud, Paul (Marlene) Renaud, James Renaud, and Peter Renaud; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother.
Jim was cremated according to his wishes. Memorials may be made to one's favorite charity in his name.
