James Michael Lloyd's Obituary
Racine – James Michael Lloyd, 70, passed away at Froedtert Memorial Hospital in Milwaukee on September 11, 2015 after a hard fought battle with a rare form of cancer.
Jim was born in Racine to the late Quentin and Dorothy (nee: Dallman) Lloyd on October 27, 1944. He was united in marriage to Helen M. Schultz on September 9, 1967 at the Pentecost Lutheran Church in Racine. She preceded him in death on December 1, 2001.
Jim was a member of Holy Communion Lutheran Church. He was a very hard worker and took pride in working for various companies. He enjoyed camping, car shows and craft fairs. Jim was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and loved his 1967 Oldsmobile convertible and Harley Davidsons.
Jim will be deeply missed by his loving companion, Nola Garey; daughter, Jennifer (Timothy) Ludvigsen; grandchildren, Daniel, Dana and David; daughter-in-law, Melissa Lloyd; brother, Robert (Linda) Lloyd; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also preceded by his son, Kevin Lloyd in 1998.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family on Monday evening, September 14, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Tuesday morning from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM.
