Uncle James, I remember you always coming into town lighting up our home with your crazy stories and fun times. Xoxo you will be missed
My handsome husband, words can't describe how painful this is, but I just want you to know I love you and I'm proud to have dedicated my heart and soul to yours. You always call me your Angel, you my Demon. I know you are with Your parents and my grandparents and everything, 😭but I just wish you were here. I have so many beautiful memories of our love story and time together my love 💕. I remember how you always made sure to make me laugh even when I was irritated and how your pranks and jokes make all of us laugh, trying to scar the daylight outta me on Halloween and the way you look when you sleep, all our adventures. Gosh, there's so many! But what I really remember the most is the love and the laughter and tender moments and I will cherish that until we reunite my Joker. I miss the warmth and sparkle of your eyes and smile I love how you always would try to help everyone even if it's just make someone laugh. And your pranks....
All I can say is I love you honey and I always will. Fly with our angels and we all love baby. And you are the brightest star in our sky love you babe. See you in the great beyond
Today you visited me in my sleep you look very peaceful I woke up sad you're more than welcome to come anytime in my dreams when I'm going to lay it when I'm awake when I lay any times I miss you and I'm so glad that you were in my life rest up Uncle James
My most special memory of him was when he was five years old and decided to run away with four pretty girls that lived down the street his beautiful blonde curly hair and blue eyes he always loved the lady's
I remember my Uncle James always trying to scare us when we were kids—tapping on the window, popping up out of nowhere, just to make us jump. Telling us all scary stories.
He always called me “Colleenie,” and it didn’t matter how old I got, that name stuck. And his laugh—so goofy and unmistakable—you could hear it from the other room and instantly know he was there.
Holidays, as a kid were never boring when he showed up. We thought he was the coolest because he always had a new vehicle, a new story, or some random adventure to talk about. You never knew what he was going to pull up in or what he was going to say, and that was half the fun.
He loved his family so much he wore his heart on his sleeve.—surprisingly—to me he liked the Chicago Cubs !
I always assumed he was a White Sox fan since we are from South Side Chicago, but that was just him… keeping me guessing. ;)
He was spontaneous, a total wild card—and honestly, family gatherings won’t feel the same without him. I like to believe that Uncle closed his eyes and opened them to see his Momma/Daddy and loved ones waiting for him. He is at peace now in their arms.
