Helen Vanhaverbeke's Obituary
Mrs. Helen Vanhaverbeke, 84, passed away at Woodstock Healthcare Center in Kenosha on Wednesday, November 1, 2006. She was born in Racine on May 31, 1922, to the late Selen and Ella (nee: Flatten) Tangerstrom and lived all of her life in Racine. She was united in marriage to George Vanhaverbeke in Racine on November 18, 1944. She was employed at Western Publishing in the 1940's. She is survived by her husband, George VanHaverbeke; and one brother, Selen (Carol J.) Tangerstrom of White Bluff, Tenn. Nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Family and friends may meet with the family at the Wilson Funeral Home, 1212 Lathrop Avenue, on Sunday, November 5, 2006, from 2 until 4 p.m. Private entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery Garden Court Crypts.
