Don & Helen lived next door to Mal Aksland when I started going out with Mal I met Don & Helen. We got to be good friends Mal would do some fishing 🎣 and hunting with Don. We would have evening cocktails 🍹 together and in the summer we would sit outside. Also have veggie gardens, pick berries etc. we did a lot of canning and freezing together. Mal and I also went up to their cabin in Tipler Wis. when Helen met Hector and they were going to get married she ask me to be her Maid of Honor (which was special) she nicknamed me the Daughter she never had!! Helen your in my thoughts and prayers love ya and give Don and Mal a big hug from me. I know they’re probably fishing 🎣 with the Big Guy!! Love Jo

Helen and Don lived next door to Mal Aksland, when I first met Mal I got introduced to Don and Helen. Mal and Don fished Together and did some hunting too. I got to know them to and we would spend many evenings together having a cocktail or so. And visit them up at the Cabin in Tipler!! Got to know Helen pretty well and she would call me the Daughter she never had!! We would have gardens and do some canning and freezing of vegetables 🥕 and fruit 🍎 after Don passed away Mal and I got to know Hector. When they got Married I was Helen’s maid of honor (which was special) Love You Helen give Mal and Don a big hug for me!! They are probably 🎣 with the Big Guy!! Love 💕 ya Jo
