Gloria Jean Matto's Obituary
Sturtevant- Gloria Jean Matto, age 90, passed away on January 30, 2017 at Grande Prairie Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Gloria was born in Racine, WI on March 11, 1926 to George and Marion (nee Dewolf) Madisen. She was united in marriage to Nicholas Frank Matto on May 13, 1964. Gloria worked at Moxness Products for 33 years, retiring as a supervisor in 1992.
She was a talented seamstress and made clothing for children. Gloria enjoyed shopping and was especially fond of estate and rummage sales. Above all, Gloria was an extremely generous and helpful person who never turned her back on anyone in need.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Russell (Charlotte) Buck; her great grandchildren: Kayla and Olivia and their mother, Jeri; her sister, Geraldine Dundon; her brother, Alvin Madisen; her sister-in-law, Maryjane Madisen; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas; her sister and brother-in-law, Alice (Don) Miller; her brother, Clayton Madisen; and sister-in-law, Deloris Madisen.
