Daniel Horton
Gary was born December 13, 1950, in Racine to Adelbert Horton and Gwen (née: Krueger) Horton. He spent most of his youth in Racine and attended Horlick High School. He was an Army veteran serving from 1970 until 1972. He was employed by J.I. Case and other local manufacturers throughout his adult life. He met the love of his life, Sherry Ellen Sprague and they were married on November 29, 1980. They spend many wonderful years together until her passing in 2022. He was preceded in death by Sherry, his parents, his sister, Dianna and her husband, Dieter Vujadinovic.
Gary enjoyed reminiscing about family and friends and for many years resided on Perry Avenue where his neighbors were his support. May he rest in peace.
