Gary Braid's Obituary
Racine - Mr. Gary Scott Braid, 48, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday morning, March 20, 2007.
Gary was born in Racine to Roy and Joyce (nee: Spencer) on April 6, 1958.
Mr. Braid was employed by the Piggly Wiggly Corp. for 20 years and Midwest Airlines for 5 years. He also worked for Lucas Milhaupt Co. as a purchasing agent in Cudahy. He last worked March 19, 2007.
Gary was an avid golfer and fisherman. He loved the outdoors and his two dogs. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Laura Braid and her fianc?, Daniel Sadowski; his mother and father, Joyce and Roy Braid; two sisters, Cheryl (Thomas) Hollibush and Vicki (David) Flannery; seven nieces and nephews, Jill Brink, Kristi Duban, Elyse, Riley, Connor, Bailey, and Paige Flannery; one great nephew, Christian Matalik; his fianc?e, Theresa Miller. Many other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 10:30 am with Rev. Albert Guetzlaff officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Friday evening, March 23, 2007 from 5 until 8 pm
