Gene and Arline lived next door to us on Michigan Blvd. We had three daughters who absolutely loved them. Arline would give them popsicles and let them play in the yard. I would tease Gene all the time about how his lawn made the rest of ours look bad, his "putting green" lawn. They were both wonderful and kind people who are really missed. Our prayers are with the family.
