Eric Eugene Simmons, 5 months, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare on October 8, 2007.
Funeral services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 1 pm with Elder Terrell Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family on Monday from 12 pm until service time.
