Elma Nickolai's Obituary
RACINE - Elma R. Nickolai, 81, passed away on Monday morning, March 19, 2007, at the Lincoln Village Convalescent Center. Mrs. Nickolai was born in Gile on January 19, 1926, to the late Waino and Selma (nee: Pickera) Pudas. She had lived in Racine since 1961. She was united in marriage to Robert Nickolai in Appleton on August 16, 1952, and he preceded her in death on September 20, 1979. Mrs. Nickolai had been a member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. She is survived by her two children, Gary (Elaine) Nickolai and Diane (David) Johnson; three grandchildren, Tracy, Sarah, and Cory; one great-grandson, Shane; one sister, Catherine (Robert) Walsh; and four nieces, Shelley, Kathleen, Patti, and Roberta. Memorial services will be held in the Wilson Funeral Home on Friday, March 23, 2007, at 2 p.m. Private inurnment services will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park on Monday.
