Ella "Lee" Leoma Patty's Obituary
Racine – Ella “Lee” Leoma Patty (nee Boshears), 96, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024, at her residence with family at her side.
Lee was born to the late Cal and Ana Pearl Boshears on November 25, 1927, in Jacksboro, Tennessee. She was united in marriage to Gilbert Patty on October 14, 1962. They spent ten wonderful years together before his passing on June 29, 1973.
Lee was a cosmetologist and owned her own beauty salon in Tennessee. She became a teacher at Jack and Jill Daycare when she moved to Wisconsin, before retiring in October of 1998. Lee enjoyed crocheting and was famous for the hot pads she made. She also liked to draw and most importantly spend time with her family.
Lee will be deeply missed by her son, Perry (Albina) Patty, as well as several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Lee was preceded in death by her brothers, George and Thurston Boshears.
A visitation for Lee will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
