Dorothy A. Clausen's Obituary
Dorothy Clausen left this earth on June 12, 2016 after a long struggle with Parkinson’s.
Dorothy was born in Racine on October 25, 1930. She retired from Walker Manufacturing as an Executive Assistant. Dorothy enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards, and socializing with friends and family. She was member of Grace Lutheran Church and volunteered at the thrift store.
Dorothy is survived by her three sons: Chris (Karen), Curt, Craig (Jodi); numerous grandchildren; and Charles Clausen. She will be missed by all.
A funeral service for Dorothy will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home (1212 Lathrop Avenue). A time of visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Villas at Lincoln Park for taking care of Dorothy over the years and to Hospice Alliance for their care during her final days.
