Today was a very bitter sweet day i attended the services of one of the most wonderful man i had the pleasure of knowing my uncle Don.I remember growing up and as a young kid we would come into Racine to see my grandparents and i would run over to his house so i could play with my cousin.I would just walk in just like i lived there and was always greeted with smile and very firm handshake ,me and my cousin surely tested his patience and if we messed up i got a kick in the butt just like his boys there was now faveortism there. As i got older i would sit and listen to the stories he would tell about my family and friends some of the stories i heard more then once but i didnt mind listening again it always made him smile and happy so it was worth it every time.I never followed him into the family business but i did see and watched how hard he worked to make a living for his family and himself and i gave that man all the respect i had and deserved. So in closing my uncle Don may be gone in body but never in spirit and in my heart. So till we meet again love you your nephew Eric
