Domenico "Domenic" Versace's Obituary
Racine - Domenico "Domenic" Versace, age 91, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, February 14, 2025. He was born on January 8, 1934, in Bianco, Italy, to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Versace.
Domenic was a proud U.S. Army veteran and spent 45 years working as a machinist. Known for his steadfast determination and a stubborn streak, he was equally beloved for his kindness and sense of humor. Domenic found joy in simple pleasures, from his daily walks to Hardee's to spirited games of cribbage with friends. He will be remembered for his warm nature and the laughter he brought to those around him.
Domenic leaves behind his cherished brother; his good friends: Andrea Jones and Joe Guillory; and numerous close friends at his apartment complex who will deeply miss his presence and friendship.
Military honors and interment services will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2024.
