David Mittl's Obituary
David Mittl, age 69, of Racine passed away on November 30, 2016 at Wheaton Franciscan Hospice.
David was born in Bell, CA on December 29, 1946 to Frank and Pauline (nee Habetler) Mittl. He attended schools in California.
David proudly served his country in the US Army, serving two tours of duty in Viet Nam. He was employed in the automobile racing industry, and he worked for both Mario and Michael Andretti and Barry Green.
Left to cherish his memory are his uncle, Joseph Habetler; his aunt, Mary Ann Cikel; and two special cousins: Kathleen (James) Talsma and Debra Danoski (Kerry Fraiser) and other cousins and friends. David was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service for David will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery (21731 Spring St, Union Grove, WI) with full military honors.
