David Allen Gerber's Obituary
RACINE – David Allen Gerber, 51, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in his home.
Dave was born to Richard Fredrick Gerber and Mary Jane Gerber (nee: Prott) in Racine, WI on August 8, 1965.
Dave volunteered at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. He worked at CJW Brewery and at Jacobson’s. Dave had many vast interests. These interest ranged from riding his bike, sitting on the porch drinking his favorite beverage, fishing, and of course, spending time with his remarkable and loving family. Dave was a tremendous fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers. He also liked cutting the grass, going for a swim, riding his dirt bike, and making his famous fried potatoes.
Dave is survived by his mother Mary Jane Gerber; brother: Richard Gerber; sister: Kathy Marie Gerber; brother: Tommy Gerber; sister: Mary-Ann Linpham; brothers: Robert Pavlovich, Floyd Pavlovich, Edward Pavlovich, and Harold Pavlovich; sister: Betty Pavlovich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and other relatives and friends. Dave is preceded in death by his father, Richard Fredrick Gerber, and his brother, James Christopher Gerber.
A celebration of David’s life will be held at 4:30 p.m., Thursday, July 14, 2016 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 614 main Street, Racine with Pastor Henry Perez officiating. A visitation will
