Darrell Clarence Decker's Obituary
Racine - Darrell Clarence Decker, age 46, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
He was a lifelong Racine resident, born on April 17, 1979, to the late Clarence Chester Jr. and Nadine Irma (née Pabelick) Decker. Darrell was a beloved brother, uncle, and friend whose generous spirit and unique passions touched many lives.
Darrell was a true collector at heart, with a keen eye for finding value in the overlooked. He found joy in scraping and recycling, always approaching life with a resourceful and inventive mindset. Whether fixing something up or sharing a new find, he had a talent for making the most of everything.
He was a fan of baseball and especially loved cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers. Above all, he cherished moments spent with his numerous friends and loving family.
Darrell will be dearly missed by his siblings: Christopher (Keri) Decker, Darlene (Michael II) Langdon, and Brenda (John) Wozniak. He is also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Holly, Christopher, Austin, Michael, Kazandra, Christie, and Lilith, all of whom brought him great pride and joy.
A celebration of Darrell’s life will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Friends and family are invited to gather at the funeral home beginning at 5:00 p.m. until the time of service. Private inurnment will take place at a later date at West Lawn Memorial Park.
Darrell’s memory lives on in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the love he gave so freely.
