Danielle Marie Sobolik's Obituary
Danielle Marie Sobolik, 71, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in Kenosha.
Born on February 9, 1955, in Milwaukee, Danielle was the beloved daughter of the late Dwight Hoppert and Louise Kobert. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially relaxing at home, spending time on the computer, and scrolling through Facebook to stay connected with family and friends she loved dearly. Danielle cherished the pets she had over the years. She was also a devoted fan of E.T.
Above all else, Danielle treasured the time she spent with her family. Her love, kindness, and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Danielle is survived by her loving children, Michael and Margaret “Peggy” Sobolik; her brother, Bill Kobert; her sister, Cheryl Dykstra; her grandson, Adam Sobalik; and the father of her children, Walter Sobolik. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her sisters: Irene, Debra and Roxanne; and her brother, Greg Hoppert.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Bay at Sheridan for their kind and compassionate care.
