Connie Chamley Pisar
I am so thankful that I was able to see Cindy, Lisa and meet her grandkids, about a year ago.
My mind instantly reflected when I heard she passed to a few great memories, I would like to share.
I remember, Sheri and Cindy sharing a bedroom, with a cool record player, records/albums, pictures and lamps with animals and kids, with huge eyes. Canned rollers in their hair and I do mean "cans" and if Rocky and I were lucky enough, they would let us in there really cool room.
The "concerts" in the basement.
Cindy (alias, my mom)also "assisted me" when I had a "couple issues with the school, regarding some absences or missing a class or two. I remember going to her apartment when she lived by Case, I felt so cool going over there with Nadine....but was ALWAYS back in time for classes.
She was so very proud of her little Lisa, I remember camping one year after we both had our girls (they were about,6 mos old)and how very happy she was, she smiled all the time, and just loved her baby girl.
Whenever, I would go back to WI for a visit, I couldn't wait to see the Bakkens, as they were my second family. Cindy would always come to Aunt Beaners house, with a huge smile, and a big hug.
My thoughts and prayers will be with you all. I wish I could of been there, when you all got together, to Celebrate her life, and share your memories.
My love and hugs to you all. She will be greatly missed. I hope these few words, will encourage you, help with your healing process and put a smile on your face. It did mine!!
