Clarence Richard Phillip's Obituary
Racine-Clarence Richard Phillip, 55, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, February 23, 2023.
Clarence was born to the late Clarence and Irma (nee Lane) Phillip on September 28, 1967. He was born in Naples, Italy, while his father was stationed there with the U.S. Navy. Clarence worked as a machinist for several years. He enjoyed helping people as a handyman. He had the ability to fix anything. Clarence enjoyed playing darts and played in numerous dart leagues over the years. He loved his heavy metal music and would go to concerts often.
Clarence will be deeply missed by his children: Stephanie Phillip and Cameron Phillip; grandchildren: Natalie and Lucas; sister, Martha Ramcke; nephews: Cameron (Sara) Ray and Brandon Ramcke; and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Clarence’s life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. at the Rock Inn (600 High Street, Racine, WI 53402).
