Charles Peshek's Obituary
Sturtevant - Mr. Charles F. Peshek, 66, passed away at the Eisenhower Memorial Hospital in Rancho Mirage, California on Tuesday, April 24, 2007.
Charles Frederick Peshek was born in Racine to the late LeRoy and Jewel (nee: Anderson) Peshek on November 28, 1940. In Waukegan, Illinois, he was united in marriage to Sharen Breidinger on August 14, 1965.
Chuck served in the United States Navy during the Cuban Crisis. He was employed by Webster Electric / Danfoss for 32 years last working in December of 2000. Chuck was a member of Gethsemane Evangelical Lutheran Church. He loved football and his trips to the casinos.
Chuck is survived by his wife and best friend, Sharen; their children, Michelle (Lee) Bernhardt and John (Tami) Peshek; five grandchildren, Cassie, Jason, Alix, Austin, and Megan; his sister, Virginia Jansen; his brother Harley Peshek; and one sister-in-law, Micky Breidinger. Aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one brother, Lee; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mabel and Louis Breidinger; one brother-in-law, Terry Breidinger; and a special friend, John Fritchen.
Funeral services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, April 30, 2007 at 11 am with Rev. Donald Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Sunday, April 29, 2007 from 4 until 7 pm. Memorials to the American Cancer Society have been suggested.
